We want you to love your Kind-to-Skin products as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our website. If a formula doesn't work for your skin, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange to ensure your routine is perfect.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely place your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our farm, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
